How booking works
- Available slots are shown in your device's time zone on the booking page. The earliest slot is tomorrow — today is closed because every booking is reviewed a day ahead. Fridays are off.
- Paying locks the slot in your name right away — but the session is only confirmed once the request is reviewed.
- Within a day, the request is reviewed and you receive confirmation with the final time.
- A day before the session, a reminder with the link reaches you.
- If we cannot hold the session at this time, the full amount is refunded to the same card automatically, without you having to ask.
