Who we are and what we sell

MM Algo Lab is a market analysis and market-reading service: reports, cards and numbers. A subscription gives you access to content — not investment advice, not money management, and not a profit guarantee. We are not a financial broker, we never hold your money, and we never trade on your behalf.

Access opens immediately

The moment payment succeeds, access opens in that same instant. That means the service is delivered to you immediately, not after a waiting period — and you expressly request this at the time of purchase.

The 14-day cancellation right — and when it lapses

If you are in a country that grants a 14-day withdrawal right on digital content: that right remains yours for as long as you have not opened the service. Once you request immediate access and agree to this condition, you waive the right with respect to the part that has actually been delivered to you. That consent is recorded on our side with its timestamp.

Refunds

• Never opened the service at all? Your money comes back in full within 14 days.
• Opened and used it? The content has been delivered, so there is no refund for the period that has passed — and you can cancel the next renewal at any moment.
• If a refund happens for any reason, it is calculated on the remaining days only: amount ÷ plan days × days remaining.
• A duplicate charge by mistake, or an outage on our side? Refunded in full, no discussion — without you even having to ask.

One-off services

A service is a single payment, not a subscription: nothing renews and no days are counted. If you paid and we have not started your work and no session has taken place, your money comes back in full within 14 days — just ask. Once the session takes place or the work is delivered, what was delivered has actually been delivered, so there is no refund for it — and whatever was not delivered comes back.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time, without talking to anyone and without questions. Cancelling only stops the next renewal — your subscription keeps running until the last day you paid for, and we never cut the service mid-way through a paid month.

Renewal and price

The subscription renews automatically at the same price you subscribed at. No price increases on a running subscription — if we change our prices, your old price stays with you for as long as the subscription continues without interruption.

Bank disputes

If you have a problem, talk to us first on Telegram @mmalgolab. Opening a bank dispute without contacting us suspends your access immediately until the dispute is closed, and we reserve the right to present your consent record and access times to the bank as evidence. This is not a threat - it's just so you have the full picture.

What's not allowed

Sharing your access code, republishing the reports, or reselling them is not allowed. Access is for one person. A violation stops the subscription without a refund — and that is the only case in which we stop without refunding.

Automated scraping and commercial reuse

What you see here is licensed to your membership alone. Pulling it automatically — crawling, scraping, or any tool that copies the pages and the files — is not allowed, and neither is republishing it, reselling it, or feeding it into a product or into training a model. We cap the number of requests per address, and going over the cap closes access temporarily. None of this touches your ordinary reading of the pages, or keeping a copy for yourself.

Your data

We keep no card details on our servers at all — payment runs entirely through the payment provider. Your access code is stored hashed, not in plain text; we can't read it ourselves. Your consent at checkout is recorded with its timestamp, and your device number is stored hashed — evidence for a dispute, nothing more.

The law

If consumer-protection law in your country grants you wider rights than what is written here, your country's law prevails — no clause here removes a right you hold by law.

How a refund actually happens

A refund is not automatic: your request reaches us, then we issue it ourselves from the payment gateway dashboard, and the money goes back to the same payment method. The clauses and the remaining-days calculation are written out in full on the refund page.
